When I found out Bozenka was coming to Toronto for 3 days to teach I couldn't pick up the phone fast enough to register myself a spot in her 3-day intensive. I had taken her workshops at last year's IBCC and loved her dance and teaching style. Bozenka has toured with Bellydance Superstars and is an international performer and teacher with a bellydance studio in Miami Beach. She was trained by Tamlyn Dallal of Miami. She is as beautiful in person as she is on stage. Not to mention she's as sweet as can be. Her inner beauty radiates. She's one of the most soulful and graceful bellydancers I've ever seen. I always learn so much at intensives like this and love soaking up all the great insights. I couldn't get enough of her unbelieveable arm and hand work, seamless transitions, intricate hip work and musicality. She told us she used to be a musician - ah ha...that's the reason for her ability to identify nuances of the music that are so subtle one could easily miss them. Now I'm chomping at the bit to get back to the studio to practice what I learned and share it with all my wonderful students. You always know it's been a valuable intensive when you're sorry to see it end and sorry to say goodbye to the instructor who's given you so much. Thank you Bozenka!!
